Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel.Assists food servers, during peak operating times, in pre-busing tables as required ONLY by management.Removes trash from and maintains cleanliness of all service related areas in the buffet.Assists Food Servers in restocking any items required during service.Responsible for maintaining the service areas and side stations in accordance with venue requirements and in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying quality guest service.ĮSSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
